Barona’s reporting channel for suspected misconduct

Barona has a whistleblower reporting channel in Finland and Spain. The channel is part of building a more responsible working life. 

The channel can be used to report suspected misconduct or other incidents related to Barona.  

Barona encourages everyone to report any shortcomings that have been detected. All suspicions of misconduct are taken seriously and handled confidentially.

Finland

According to the Finnish Whistleblowing Act, reports can be made on the following topics: 

  • Public Procurement (excluding defense and security procurement)
  • Financial services, products and markets, prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism
  • Product safety and compliance
  • Transport safety
  • Environmental protection
  • Radiation protection and nuclear safety
  • Food and feed safety, animal health and welfare
  • Public health
  • Consumer protection
  • Protection of privacy and personal data
  • Network and information systems security

Barona's employees working in Finland have their own internal reporting channel that is used by companies included in Bravedo Group.  Submitting a report requires strong identification.

Spain

According to Spanish law, suspicions of misconduct can be reported by current and former Barona employees, job applicants, shareholders or other partners and subcontractors. Notifications can be submitted anonymously by form, face-to-face and by email or phone. 

Notifications can be made on the following topics:
