  1. How do I get Barona customer credentials?
    In order to get credentials, please contact your Barona contact person.
  2. I'm trying to login but the service says "We can't seem to find your account."
    If you don't have existing account, you can contact your Barona contact person to create you an account.
  3. I have been able to login to the system before but now my credentials are not working.
    Try to order a new password (I forgot my password -link in the login view). You can also be in contact directly to our support jelpp@barona.fi. Please describe your problem as detailed as possible. You can also attach screenshots and the user name you used for sign in.
  4. I don't remember by username/password, what should I do?
    User name is your email address. You can order a new password by using "I forgot my password" functionality in the login view.
  5. I tried to reset my password but I did not get any email.

  6. I ordered a new password but the link in the email expired. What should I do?

  8. I can't access the introduction tool or I'm unable to see candidates
