  1. How do I get Barona customer credentials?
    In order to get credentials, please contact your Barona contact person.
  2. I'm trying to login but the service says "We can't seem to find your account."
    If you have not used your credentials in the past 12 months, your account is not active anymore. You can contact your Barona contact person to re-activate your account.
  3. I have been able to login to the system before but now my credentials are not working.
    Try to order a new password (I forgot my password -link in the login view). Remember, that in case you have not used your credentials in the past 12 months, your account is deactivated. In that case please contact your Barona contact person who can re-activate your credentials.
  4. I don't remember by username/password, what should I do?
    User name is your email address. You can order a new password by using "I forgot my password" functionality in the login view.
  5. I tried to reset my password but I did not get any email.
