Experiences of Barona

Barona has provided us with great support and helped us to find good people around us to implement our consumer strategy. The end result has been excellent and exactly what we were looking for.

As our client numbers grew, we needed to find new staff as quickly as possible. With Barona, we first carefully reviewed Finnair’s needs and agreed on a common approach. The labor shortage will come again sooner or later, and even worse than before. We have tried to learn how to recruit global labor well in advance, because it will be available in the future as well.
