As a temporary worker, you can take suitable shifts according to your availability. Shifts appear in Barona's own extranet system, based on the needs of our client companies, which employees can see through our mobile application. The shifts can be planned for the same day or for a longer period, either individual shifts or gigs spanning multiple days.
đź’™ As a kitchen assistant, you play an important role in ensuring that your team can create taste experiences and quality for the customer! Tasks include assisting in the kitchen like:
- Kitchen cleaning tasks
- Cutting vegetables and making salads
- Dishwashing
- Other assisting tasks in the kitchen
đź’™ The work of a dishwasher is routine based and fast-paced. The tasks include restaurant dishwashing duties, such as:
- Collecting dirty dishes from the dining area
- Washing dishes and putting clean dishes away
- The tasks may also involve cleaning tasks, such as washing and cleaning the machine and dishwashing area.
Hectic restaurant environment requires you to be able to work quickly and efficiently. Tasks vary depending on the workplace and the type of restaurant. The work is mainly standing work and can be physically demanding, with typically a lot of steps accumulating throughout the day. Work is done in varying shifts.
The shifts are primarily during on weekdays in daytime, so we hope you are available to work especially during daytime shifts

Before starting work, you will need a food hygiene certificate and a health certificate!
Salary is based on expertise and the collective agreement for travel, restaurant, and leisure services workers. The minimum wage for the position is €11.35/hour + shift-specific additional pay. Professional's salary is always agreed upon separately based on expertise.
