Marketing Specialist for Sevendos in Helsinki

The growth story of Sevendos continues, and we are now seeking a new Marketing Specialist for permanent and full-time position.
As a Marketing Specialist at Sevendos, your key focus is to build our specialist company brands through thought leadership and by strengthening employer branding. In this role you will be responsible for producing and managing content that showcases our work and supports our brand presence. You will create and adapt content for various channels, including social media, blogs, and case studies, ensuring it resonates with our target audience. Your role will also involve maintaining our marketing tools and channels, supporting employer branding initiatives, and tracking performance to improve engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Management: Write and edit content for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and case studies. Tailor existing content for different platforms and audiences to maximize reach and impact.
- Brand Support: Assist with employer branding activities, such as showcasing our teams and culture on social media, to attract and retain talent. Support marketing efforts for customer events and talent meetups.
- Social Media and Digital Marketing Support: Help manage our social media accounts, including planning and publishing posts, and monitoring engagement to enhance interaction.
- Channel and Tool Management: Help keep our marketing tools and platforms up to date, including eg. managing our marketing contact lists, in line with GDPR.
- Other Marketing-Related Tasks: Assist with other marketing-related tasks as needed, eg. coordinating external partnerships.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on content creation and digital marketing. Experience in B2B and understanding of the IT landscape is preferred.
- Strong writing skills in Finnish and in English, with an eye for clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g. Buffer, Canva, HubSpot, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
