We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator for our client in Espoo for a versatile and long-term position. In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management and operation of the warehouse.

The work tasks are diverse, and we hope you have previous experience in a warehouse environment. You will be hands-on with daily warehouse tasks while maintaining the warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision. You will be managing the different tasks regarding receiving, distribution, handling and shipping for example. We hope you have a strong understanding of warehousing standards and ability to improve processes. Also maintaining the health and safety standards will be one important aspect of work. The workplace uses forklifts, so prior experience with them is required. Although the previous experience in warehousing tasks is required, there is an orientation to the tasks and systems at the start of the job.

Perfect candidate is motivated to take care of the warehouse in its entirety. You are proactive and not afraid of a bit of hustle and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Various warehouse tasks will keep you busy but a part of your working day is also to support the production team if necessary. You will have skilled colleagues ready to assist you when needed, and they value a good atmosphere at work.

  • Fluent English skills
  • Ability to work in physical and active tasks

Our working language is English, so fluent English skills are required. Finnish language skills are a significant advantage but not mandatory.

We hope you can start working on a quick schedule and are ready to commit to the role long-term. The job is full-time, with working hours initially set between 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays. The employment contract will initially be written through Barona.
