
Market Services Team Member for K.Hartwall
As we strengthen our Customer Service team, we are looking for a Market Services Team Member to support our sales team. Market Services consists of five team members, two of whom work in our sales offices outside Finland.
The role includes the following tasks:
- Handling incoming sales inquiries, entering sales quotations and orders into our ERP system, sending order confirmations to customers, managing customs documentation for imports and exports outside the European Union, and following up on deliveries
- Communicating daily with customers and sales representatives, primarily via phone and email
- Collaborating with the sales team, product development, and production teams
- Processing and following up on customer claims
- Updating our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is self-motivated, and service-oriented. You are a fast learner who isn’t afraid to ask questions or pick up the phone to get the information you need.
In order to be considered for this role, you preferably:
- Have prior experience in customer service or B2B sales functions
- Possess outstanding communication skills when interacting with customers and colleagues
- Are proficient in English; fluency in German, Finnish, Swedish, French or Spanish is considered a plus
- Have experience using Microsoft Office, ERP (AX Dynamics), and CRM systems
- Can prioritize tasks effectively and manage your time well in a dynamic, multifunctional role
- Enjoy working in a global environment and as part of a close-knit office team
