AXA Partner is looking for an Operations Associate in its insurance service centre in Helsinki. Is that you?

The service centre assists clients from all Nordic countries and we are looking for an individual who is fluent in Norwegian, Swedish or Danish and with business proficiency in English. Any additional Nordic language skills seen as a plus. This position is permanent or fixed term according to your availability.

What does it mean to be an Operations Associate?

As an Operations Associate in our dynamic Nordic Travel team your main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service and find solutions to travel insurance claims. You will work as part of the customer service (claims) team and cooperate with partner companies, other functions in the company and external advisors to obtain required information for claims analysis.

The work is target driven, where quality and quantity are measured regularly.

Other Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate within agreed service levels
  • Answer calls and work efficiently on other online channels
  • Record claims activity in the IT System

To be successful in the role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Basic MS office competence (Outlook, word & excel)
  • Confident & friendly telephone manner
  • High standards of accuracy
  • Good communications skills with colleagues
  • CM system experience and some Customer service experience

We look to your advantage experience or education in insurance, finance related, health industry or social sector.

As mentioned above we are looking for individuals with a suitable educational background and with experience from preferably similar tasks in either the insurance, travel, or banking industry. You have a background in customer service e.g. contact centre environment and you enjoy working with clients.

Candidates should be willingness to work both independently and in co-operation with other colleagues. Excellent communication and organization skills are also very important.

AXA Partners - offers you an interesting role and the possibility of learning about the insurance industry. The insurance service centre is in Sörnäinen, Helsinki (close to the centre and therefore easily accessed by public transportation).
